In 2025, we had our best year for
mechanical availability, personnel
safety, and environmental scorecard
performance – building on the
personnel and process safety
records we set in 2024. These
accomplishments are a testament to
our long-standing commitment to our
guiding principles.

On the capital investment front, we continue to deliver on our commitment to grow Valero’s earnings capacity
through organic investments.
Our innovation efforts have made us a leading producer of liquid transportation fuels. We are leveraging our
global liquid fuels platform to expand our long-term competitive advantage through strategic investments in
economically viable low-carbon projects.
As I think about our community, I am proud of Valero’s culture and legacy of giving back, as demonstrated through
the Valero Texas Open and Bene昀椀t for Children, as well as the incredible generosity of our employees through
volunteerism and employee giving.
I am honored to work alongside our nearly 9,900 employees, whose innovation, ingenuity and unmatched
execution continue to advance liquid transportation fuels.
